Terms of Service
*.] You can not use more than 1 image in your forum signature. The image must NOT be bigger than: 300 wide by 150 tall. Anyone caught violating this rule will be fined 5% of their Stones. If it is a repeated offense you will be suspended from the forums for 3 days and if you continue to do so after your suspension you will be permanently banned from the site.
*.] Tags need to be a maxium of 150x150. Also, they must NOT violate the TOS in any way.
*.] There is certain words you may not use on this site. As in bad language, cussing, etc. If you repeatedly do so.. you may be banned permanently from the site.
*.] You may NOT discuss the following topics:
Sexual content (porn, stories, etc.) - doesn't matter what kind, any discussing is not allowed
Online dating - you may mention it in passing, but you can not discuss the matter
Mature role playing - doesn't matter what, not allowed
You will only get 3 warnings and then I will have no choice but to freeze you. If you still repeat the offense I will no choice but to ban you permanently from the site.
*.] Under NO circumstances will I tolerate the following:
Stalking - as in copying players names, creature names, etc. down to very letter. This is considered stalking a user and will get you into big trouble.
Harassment (of any kind) - absolutely not tolerated
Threats - like death, hacking, etc.
Flaming - EXTREME rudeness and pretty much making someone feel like they are an inch tall
Publicly dragging someone's reputation through the mud. If you have a problem with a player. Sort it off site!
Rude behavior - will not be tolerated in any fashion
Spam - posting the same post multiple times, replying multiple times the same way, something that is not relevant to the topic, etc.
Scams - something only benefits you and robs the other player
Theft (art, manips, etc. - must show proof. screen shots, etc.) - stealing something that doesn't belong to you, using copyrighted images without permission, etc.
Bashing (of human beings famous or non famous) - You may not bash other websites and you may not bash other players either. Take it off ABQ if you wish to bash a site and/or another player!
You will only get 2 warnings and after that you may find yourself banned from the site.
*.] Under no circumstances do you give out login information to other users. UNLESS you plan on never using the account again. I do mean NEVER.
*.] In case there is more than 1 banned account listed for an IP address those accounts will be stripped and then deleted. If said user continues to create multiple accounts the admin will ban the IP address of said user(s) so they can no longer access the site!
*.] If an account goes inactive for a whole year it will be promptly frozen for 6 months and the user must get in touch with the admin within 6 months to re-claim the account. If said user does not contact the admin during the time of the account being frozen.. the account will be deleted after those 6 months. All items, creatures, etc. will be stripped and will be distributed to the players of the site before the account is deleted. It will be considered a year from the time a person joins the site. Not when they started playing and/or being active on the site. If there is an emergency that requires being gone for a year or more, you are responsible for getting in touch with the admin of the site! So she can mark your account and that account won't be deleted!
*.] Do not post private information (name, address, etc.) on this site. Message them off site and off the forum. You will only get 3 warnings before you are frozen for 3 days. If you repeat the offense more than twice I or a mod will ban you from the site.
*.] Anyone who joins this the site must be at least 13 years or older. If you are caught being younger than 13, your account will be "frozen" until you turn 13. Why? Because some content might not be appropriate for those younger than 13 on this site.
*.] Any content, images, coding, text, creatures are copyrighted to A Breeder's Quest and the admins & staff that run the site. Any theft of such content will not be tolerated and any offenders will be prosecuted.
*.] You may not sell any ABQ stuff (accounts included) for real life currency. Such as dollars, pounds, etc. If caught you may be fined or suspended or permanently banned from the site.
*.] You may not sell any other Game Site items (or accounts) for real life currency. If caught you may be fined or suspended or permanently banned from the site.
*] You may exchange ABQ stuff for other Game Site stuff so long as that game supports exchanges. If it does not and you are caught doing so you will be either suspended or banned from the site.
*.] ABQ Fan art is ok. You may use our images of your creatures, avatars, etc. as tags, avatars or other such things as long as you do not claim them as your own, or sell them. We also ask that you link back to ABQ and give us credit. If larger than a tag (150x150 pixels) we require you put this link on the image: http://www.abreedersquest.net/index.php That way everyone will know where the image came from and won't get you into trouble with copyright laws.
*.] If you are caught cheating the site in some way, all of your accounts will be suspended (possibly banned). Even if you have donated or bought other trinkets on the site. No user will bypass the rules of this site because of his/her status or donation habits. All creatures and items on banned accounts will then be reclaimed and redistributed amongst the other players. End of story. No amount of pleading or sending me e-mails will change this. It is final.
*.] If deemed necessary, we hold all rights to confiscate any creature, item, or anything your accounts hold. We usually do this if you are cheating the system some how, bought stuff with money a player sold you that was cheated out of the game, and/or received stuff from a player who cheated the game.
*.] By sending money to us via paypal you are agreeing that you have rights to that money you are sending us, that it is yours and yours only, or that you have permission to send us the money of whom it belongs to. Money will not be refunded because you were not interested in the site anymore and/or if the money is not really yours. Anyone who asks for a refund because they were using money that didn't belong to them will lose creatures, Runes, items, and Stones that equals the amount money refunded and may even result in their account being either heavily fined and/or banned.
*.] You may have ONLY two accounts PER person in your house hold. You may NOT share your account stuff with your siblings or other members in your household. The two accounts you are allotted are for you and your use ONLY. You may do this with your two accounts: swap creatures in, play as your character, transfer stones back n forth in, transfer runes back n forth in, and to store items. If I or any staff (admin) holds a contest that says ONE account then you must one account only. You may not use your second account to gain extra stuff. You will get into trouble for it.
*.] We expect all players to report any bugs they find, no matter how small or large. If caught abusing the bug to gain a large sum of Stones, items, levels, stats, points, tokens, Runes, and/or creatures, your accounts will be heavily finned, suspended for a time, banned, and/or stuff confiscated. End of story. No second chances.
*.] If you cheat you will get in trouble for it. End of story. I despise cheaters they will be heavily punished on this game. Such as hefty fines or even being banned.
*.] Even though the staff and I try hard to hear the suggestions of the players and others of ABQ... remember that this site does not belong to you in any form. It is within our right not take take any suggestion and we hope you will not hate any of us for it. Just some suggestions are not suited for ABQ. Ideas like nudity or sexual explicit stuff or even human breeding.
*.] We will never freeze, ban, fine, etc. your account for you posting an opinion, rant, and/or question as long as its done in a mature manner. Please note we are not robots that do not have feelings. In fact we do have feelings. So please don't treat us like we are. We do encourage people to tell us if they are not satisfied with something in the game and/or not satisfied with the staff, but we do ask you do NOT insult us, harass us, bash us, and/or flame us. Cause it hurts and we die a little each time you do. So please, by the love of the gods don't treat us like trash. Thank you.
*.] Please refrain from putting a bunch (or not at all) of the following on your Pasture page:
**Limit to 5 of each below!
- Adoptables (such as from Valenth, Dragon Cave, etc.)
- Animated graphics (like glitter texts, etc.)
- Images (random images from different sites, etc.)
**Absolutely none of the following!
- Lots of flashing images and/or text
- Lots of Marquees going in different directions
- Putting explicit content on your page! (cuss words, nude images, links to porn, etc.)
- Black Lists! (put these off site) aka "you are my enemy and i will put you here so others may beat you with a stick"
- Putting stuff on your page that bashes, flames, etc. other websites, people, and/or players. (you will get into severe trouble for this)
In other words.. please put stuff that is relevant to the game and your Pasture on your page. Save the other stuff for places like MySpace.
